A class to increase your strength via the classic barbell lifts: Squat, Press, Deadlift, Bench Press whilst also adding appropriate assistance exercises and some strong man exercises, with regular retesting to make sure you are getting stronger.

This class is all about getting stronger with a focus on the Power lifting movements but also offering strongman and kettlebell classes plus accessory work with old school body building exercises to increase all over strength on a balanced body.
