Personal Training is the best way to be held accountable, reach your goals, with the benefit of having a trainer telling you what to do and how to do it well.
CrossFit we house Inner city CrossFit we have 8 classes of CrossFit per day with classes also on a Saturday and Sunday, for those new to CrossFit we have a beginners program. For those that want to compete in CrossFit, we do have a competition team and special comp training for our athletes.
For those that want to get strong, learn or improve technique for Olympic Lifting, Weight Lifting, and also do Power lifting and Strongman training this is the Class for you. Our Barbell Club consists of 5 sessions per week with a coach, Olympic Lifting Tech classes and Strength Classes. All programmed by our highly qualified Weight Lifting Coaches who compete in Weight Lifting Competitions.
If you want to improve your cardio, running ability, or just love getting huffy puffy then our Endurance classes are for you. Our running coaches will also assist you in running more efficient with fewer injuries. We have many members who represent at athletics, running events and triathlons.
Stretch will allow you to move more freely and find more openness in your body, this class will increase your mobility and access the deep muscles in your body. We are firm believers in training all aspects of fitness and flexibity is one of those aspects. Everyone needs time to stretch or unwind so why not do it in our beautiful yoga room that is heated in winter and cool in summer, and with all props and matts supplied. We also offer Iyengar Yoga.
Gymnastics for everyone if you want to get a pull up, handstand, handstand push up, handstand walk, muscle ups and learn how to use the rings whilst getting a great core conditioning workout, then this is the class for you. Open to all levels of ability.
Hiit is the bootcamp inspired 45 Minute high intensity all body workout. Using a variety of equipment but no barbells. Movements can be adjusted and scaled to suit fitness levels.
A fun workout that will have you learning correct punching and kicking technique, whilst toning arms, mid section and getting sweaty! No experience needed and we have the gloves here for you. Come and work out the stress of the day with this awesome workout.
Fit Kids – We run two age group classes we have the little Fit Kids 6 – 10 and then the 10+ Group. We work on coordination, balance, agility, fitness, strength and endurance to have our kids moving better and having fun in the gym.
