30 or 45 minute one on one personal training sessions available with qualified coaches to help you reach your goals, hold you accountable, and teach you the safe and correct way to do exercises.

If your goal is to start exercising and you have never been in a gym before or have had a long break from exercise then personal training is a nice way to start, your coach will set some goals for you and progress your movements at a pace that works for you.

Or if you are currently exercising or playing sport and would like a set of eyes to scrutinize technique or teach you new skills then one on one is a great option to finely hone technique, assist you in eliminating bad habits, and improve your skill set.
