Is a full body workout focusing on intensity, constant movement and getting the burn. Strength training and a blast of cardio are combined in this high energy, fast paced class.
You will work with body weight movements, bands, kettlebells, tyres, and dumbbells in our functional training session. If you want to tone up and get fit, this is the class for you. You don’t have to do the technical and heavy movements we do in CrossFit, but our circuit training style will increase your strength and get you huffy puffy while having fun. You’ll also be training alongside a great bunch of people that will push you and motivate you.
Every day is a different workout with different equipment and you will never get bored.
