CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

If you are new to CrossFit we have an excellent beginners program that is structured, tried and tested to get you fit, stronger and have a great understanding of your ability levels and how to do all the CrossFit exercises with correct technique. During the beginner’s program, you will learn what weights you do and what progressions and scaled options to do before we put you in actual CrossFit classes.
If you have done CrossFit before you can join our classes after we do a free intro session for you to recap and go over all movements.
We also have a lot of competing athletes in CrossFit and attend all the local competitions and some of the state competitions. We have a strong masters (35+) community as well as the younger age groups and if you are interested in competing we will be there to support you and help you all the way.
