If you want to improve your strength, we have strength-based classes that are designed to help make you stronger. If it is your general fitness you want to improve, you may be interested in one of our cardio programs, or you may want to consider an all-round fitness regime if you prefer to mix it up. Or, if you need to be held accountable and want personalised one on one coaching, our personal trainers can work with you and design a program that will help you reach your goals.
If you’re interested in learning the technical sport of weightlifting, our dedicated coaches run programs and classes that are designed to teach you how to do weightlifting. We are also a member of Weightlifting WA, meaning we can provide you with the coaching you need if you aspire to go to higher levels in the sport.
We also house inner city CrossFit, running up to 8 CrossFit classes a day for beginners and competition teams. For the younger generation, we have fit kids classes for ages 6+, 10+ and teenagers.
