Personal Training

Personal Training provides structure and accountability, and helps you develop a lifestyle that encourages health. Workouts are individualized to have you doing efficient workouts that get results whilst improving skill and minimising injuries.  Our sessions are half hour or 45 minutes and we have a great bunch of trainers contact  
  • 1 0n 1 Half Hour session $50
  • 1 on 1 45 min session $70
  • Double up training 30 minutes $60
  • Double up training 45 minutes $80
  • 10% discount for three sessions or more per week

Gym Membership

We do offer gym memberships which include a health assessment and program to start you off info
  • Gym Membership Price $18 per week

Group Classes – We have a variety of classes check out our class schedule page to see what is happening info

Group classes are for 1 hour and are $18 per class or you can buy a group of ten or twenty which are discounted. info
