A 45 Minute class working on core strength handstands, rings and bar work. Kyle our gymnastics coach is a past state level gymnast and now works with us as a CrossFit Coach, PT and our gymnast expert he will show you drills and skills to have you balancing on your handstands, handstand walking, doing handstand push ups, bar muscle ups and ring muscle ups plus improve your strength in pull ups and bar work. This class is suitable for all levels even if you can not do a pull up, Kyle will help you get strong to be able to join our more advanced athletes.
